This Work Is Personal and I'm Not Your Average Therapist

I’m Judy, and I don’t do surface-level. I help people stop pretending they’re “fine,” unpack the deep stuff and finally become the version of themselves they’ve been waiting to be.

  • Anxiety that hits the second you walk into a room — scanning every face, body shift and micro-expression like you’re running secret ops for the FBI.

  • Feeling the constant pressure to measure up to some filtered, photoshopped, “perfect” version of humanity… even though you know it’s fake, you still can’t shake it.

  • Finally realizing your parents were emotionally immature — and that’s not just messy childhood stuff; it’s trauma and it impacts everything.

  • Restrictive, emotional or binge eating because, honestly? Sometimes food feels like the only thing that makes life make sense.

  • Those big, random emotions that feel “too much” — even when nothing in the moment explains why you’re spiraling.

  • Religious trauma flashbacks that hijack your nervous system, even after you’ve deconstructed everything you were taught.

  • A partner who stepped out instead of facing their own chaos — and now you’re left holding the weight of it.

  • “Let’s talk” relationship conversations that somehow turn into three-hour-long, circular standoffs that solve… absolutely nothing.

  • Or maybe you’re stuck in a blah-meh-is-this-all-there-is headspace and can’t imagine living like this forever.

Whether You're Dealing With...

Let’s be real: therapy isn’t about venting into the void and hoping life magically clicks into place. If it were, we’d all be thriving by now. Real change happens when we stop slapping Band-Aids on symptoms and start untangling the root causes underneath.

That’s where I come in. With online therapy across Hawai‘i, I help you break cycles, rewrite old stories and create space for a life that actually feels like one you want to wake up to.

I’m not the kind of therapist who just nods and asks, “And how does that make you feel?” (Seriously… who does that?) I connect the dots with you, challenge the patterns that keep you stuck and help you step into the confident, self-trusting version of yourself that’s been there all along — just buried under the noise.

Here’s the thing: we don’t fix this stuff by just talking at it.

I use a bottom-up therapy approach — working from the nervous system up instead of the brain down — because real change starts where your patterns are wired. It’s deep. It’s lasting. It’s the kind of transformation that doesn’t just tweak symptoms… It reshapes the way you experience your life.

That’s what I help my clients create — and it’s what I want for you, too.

If you're thinking you're ready to start this journey and I'm the therapist to partner with, then...

When I’m not helping clients create life-changing breakthroughs, you’ll probably find me near the ocean somewhere around Kailua-Kona, my ultimate happy place. Whether I’m soaking up the sun, swimming like a kid on vacation or just listening to the waves, the water always brings me back to myself.

I’m also a firm believer that music is medicine. If there’s a beat, I’m dancing. If there’s a mic, I’m singing. (Yes, karaoke is 100% my jam.)

Cooking and baking are also favorite ways to unwind. Nothing beats a cozy night in the kitchen, trying out a new recipe or remixing an old favorite. I have Celiac Disease and am Vegan. That makes cooking the ultimate chemistry project and it lights me up!

Spending time outdoors keeps me balanced, even if it’s just chilling on the lanai with some sunshine and a scroll through social media. And when it comes to recharging? I love to do that with my family and snuggles from my fur baby, Indie.
