Let’s be real. Therapy isn’t just venting and hoping things magically get better. If that worked, we’d all be thriving by now. Real change happens when we stop slapping Band-Aids on symptoms and start digging into the real stuff underneath.

That’s where I come in with online therapy in Hawaii.

I’m not the kind of therapist who just nods and says, “And how does that make you feel?” (Seriously… who does that?) I help you connect the dots, break the patterns that keep you stuck and become the confident, self-trusting version of you that’s been waiting underneath all the noise.

Whether you're dealing with:

  • Anxiety that creeps up when you walk into a room causing you to act like freakin' spy, scanning body language and facial expressions like your life depends on it

  • Feeling the constant pressure to compare yourself to some photoshopped version of a human that you know isn't realistic but you can't let it go

  • Finally realizing, now that you're an adult, your parents were emotionally immature and that's actually a form of trauma

  • Emotional or binge eating because it literally feels like it's the only coping skill that makes life make sense

I’m Judy and I don’t do surface-level. I help people stop pretending they’re fine, unpack the deep stuff and become the version of themselves they’ve never been allowed to be... until now.

When I’m not helping clients create life-changing breakthroughs, you’ll probably find me near the ocean somewhere around Kailua-Kona, my ultimate happy place. Whether I’m soaking up the sun or just listening to the waves, the water always brings me back to myself.

I’m also a firm believer that music is medicine. If there’s a beat, I’m dancing. If there’s a mic, I’m singing. (Yes, karaoke is 100% my jam.)

Cooking and baking are also favorite ways to unwind. Nothing beats a cozy night in the kitchen, trying out a new recipe or remixing an old favorite. I have Celiac Disease and am Vegan. That makes cooking the ultimate chemistry project and it lights me up!

Spending time outdoors keeps me balanced, even if it’s just chilling on the lanai with some sunshine and a scroll through social media. And when it comes to recharging? I love to do that with my family and snuggles from my fur baby, Indie.
